The original straps of my Gear Fit 2 Pro broke and the connectors are still inside because the buttons used to take out the straps are also broken.
Does anyone knows any technique/tool to take out the strap connectors?
Hey @resteves! Best thing to do here is to take the watch to a Samsung Support Centre so that an engineer can repair the watch and replace the strap. You can find your closest one here or you can get in touch with Samsung Social Media to arrange a collection for the repair.
