Galaxy buds not connecting to my Samsung s10+

Can anyone help, I received galaxy buds today and only 1 will connect.

When I go on my settings it says 2 are connected, however when I'm on the wearable app, only 1 is connected and the other one has a ! next to it.

 

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone etc and I'm still having the same problem.

I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the galaxy buds from my phone does anyone know how to fix this issue

Are you as a process of elimination able to pair the Galaxy Buds to another phone @Kadeem27 

 

Any updates pending at all ?

 

If it continues then the Buds may have an issue which if this was my situation would be resolved by asking for them.to be swapped out for new ones .

 

 

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung Phone User.
