Since 26th August my watch hasn't recorded a single floor. I'm on a walking holiday in Scotland just now climbing up and down hklls/mountains...... nothing on the floor count!

Likewise, I am experiencing the exact same issue since roughly the same time in August.
Why aren't Samsung acknowledging this?
The Alti-meter app is loaded with SO many negative reviews for this same issue too, so presumably we are not alone!
