Galaxy Buds right side volume super low

My Galaxy buds right side almost doesn't work

@Oathless: Do you have the Galaxy Buds connected to a mobile device via the Wearables app? if so, open the app, select your Buds and tap on 'Touchpad > Tap and Hold > Volume Up/Down'. With this active, are you able to raise the volume of your right bud to a suitable level?

Hi @AndrewL, that doesn't work for me, when I try to do that on the app it just changes the volume on my phone just like I can with the button on the side.
