Galaxy Buds - Ambient sound bug

Hello,

I like the Ambient sound feature of the Galaxy Buds, but there seems to be a bug in the Galaxy Wearable app. Whenever my buds lose connection to the phone, maybe because they are out of reach, after reconnect the function is disabled again. This means, everytime I use the buds, I have to enable that feature manually, which makes it almost useless and a pain ita to use it.

Are you aware of this bug, can  it please be fixed?

Hey @stna1981! It is not currently possible to leave the option for Ambient Sound Mode as a default. Once you use your Ear Buds and you keep them ON, the Ambient Sound Mode will remain active, however, you will need to activate it again each time that you use and wear them, or you lose connection .

@CarloLYeah, but whats the reason for this illogical limitation and is Samsung working on removing this in the future?

I can't say I'm afraid, but I understand where you are coming from. I'd recommend submitting feedback through the Samsung Members app, this way it gets to the developers directly.
