There are a few things we need to check, so we can hopefully get to the bottom of this.
Does your Bluetooth on the phone turn off at all? Do you have a power-saving option that could be turning this off? Is the software on both the Gear app and on the Galaxy Active 2 completely up to date? When the watch disconnects, is it whilst you are doing anything in particular? Or is it completely random?
