Galaxy Active 2 no resting Heart Rate

My Galaxy Active 2 watch has stopped recording resting heart rate. It appears to have stopped on the 11th May as my HR trends have stopped recording correctly on the app. 

The watch and app are clearly communicating as it is recording exercise hr data. 

The HR settings on my watch is on continuous and has been for quite a while.

Can anyone please help?

I bought my watch last Thursday and I'm having the same issue. Try twice on Samsung chat one lady told me it doesn't record resting heart rate which is ridiculous it's right there on my screen. My resting heart rate shows up on the s health app but not on the watch it's just blank with two lines. It's pretty sad this $400 watch can't even do that might switch back to my Fitbit charge 3

Same problem. For some time now, the resting pulse is determined extremely rarely. 1-2 times a week. There are no such problems with Garmin
