I went for a bike ride this morning and the gps worked fine on my watch, at the end of the cycle it showed the route on the watch, but when I synced it will the health app it didn’t bring it through to the app. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Dear @Steph_90,
The SHealth application, on European mobile devices, has a 'location usage' option. This is because of the current General Data Protection Regulation.
If this option is turned off, Shealth doesn’t save and cannot display the exercise locations that it gathers through the Gear.
It is highly probable that the issue is related to the 'location usage' option, but without the logs, the developer can’t be certain.
