Pelvic floor exercises (also known as kegels) are important in women's health in general but even more important during pregnancy and postpartum. It is recommended that we do them 6-8 times a day but it is difficult to always remember especially on super busy days. There are many apps out there that can help you remember or even count down the seconds and reps. It would be great if the active watch could work with one of these apps or if Samsung could develop a feature for this themselves.
