I have been using my earbuds for about 3 months now and I didn't get them in a promotion, I bought them.
Recently the right earbud has gone really quite, but the right earbud is working fine.
I have turned the volume on my galaxy s9 to max, then I have turned the volume on the earbuds to max and I still have the same issue.
I have reset the earbuds a couple of times and nothing has changed, the right earbud is still really quiet.
Please can someone help?
