So I have got my new phone and the promo is I get a set of ear buds if I simply upload my receipt through the benefit section on the members app. Is anyone else having problems when they click the benefit link then the ear bud link then there is only a learn more link which takes me back to the Samsung website. Samsung haven't helped. Live chat didnt want to know and it's a 24 hour reply time via email??? Can anyone help please

I only can tell you that in Spain have been problems with promotion, ask to Samsung moders about how to help you and good luck with it
