It appears that the various Reward items are now starting to be despatched (Active watches and Duo Charges).
How can you tell ?.... By the plethora of complaints about DX Delivery, Samsung's carrier of choice.
Items are not being delivered on the dates promised by emails from DX and phone calls to track them down are going unaswered, along with emails. Online tracking simply refers you to the email address and phone number.
I judge the brands I buy not only by their products, but also by the commercial partners they choose.
Thanks, Samsung after the other issues highlighted elsewhere I will not be buying direct from you again.
