Bluetooth issues on galaxy watch

I'm wondering if anyone has the same issues I have.i have the galaxy watch with a galaxy s8 and when I'm playing a game on my phone the audio is coming from the earpiece speaker,not the external one it should be coming from.you can hear it if you hold the phone to your ear as if on a call.if I disconnect Bluetooth from the drop down menu the audio goes back to external speaker.i have reset both phone and watch and still doing the same.its driving me crazy.i never had the issues on my gear s2.any help would be much appreciated .

We tried replicating this one in the office here, but weren't able to. Are you able to tell us more? For example:

• What's the software versions of your S8 and Galaxy Watch?
• Is your S8 unlocked or network branded? (If network branded, which network?)
• Apart from the Gear S2, any other Bluetooth devices you've had connected to the phone?
• Which game (or games) does this happen on?
• Does this happen on other apps like the music player for example?
