Acrive2 resting heart rate no longer syncing to Samsung Health

Resting heart rate on active 2 was syncing to Samsung Health for the first 5 days of ownership. No longer working.

Have reset both Active 2 and Samsung Health but still not working.

Frustrating as no longer get sleep tracking!
