UE75NU8000 screen bleeding

I have UE75NU8000LXXN with very weird screen bleeding in the bottom warping colors. This is very annoying, especially when watching sport. Please see attached photos taken during daytime. Can this be repaired or can the device be replaced as part of the guarantee?

 

Date of purchase: 06.01.2019 (from MediaMarkt online order number 77224358)

Date of installation: 10.01.2019 (by Dynalogic order number 11842521)

The Model Code you have provided, is incorrect. Maybe a typing error. Forgotten the N 😉?

Is it possibly Model Code UE75NU8000LXXN? Check the sticker on the back of the TV.

 

This doesn't look very healthy! Could you please do an image test?

I have to give you the path in Dutch. At Instellingen->Ondersteuning->Zelfdiagnose->Beeldtest starten.

If you see problems there please upload pictures, for review, from the beach image and the greyscales.

 

At the moment it looks like a defect of your LED-LCD panel. It can be repaired as part of the guarantee.

If it can be replaced depends on MediaMarkt. By the way: do you live in The Neteherlands?

Thank you for your response and advise. To get back to your questions:

 

  1. Yes, indeed a typo, I missed the N. Thank you for correcting me.
  2. I did the image test. It failed all three tests. I have uploaded additional photos to the Dropbox link.
  3. Yes, I live in Breukelen.

Well, that's clear to me. You can see the spots on everery picture at the bottom right.

There is defenitely something wrong with the LED-LCD panel and must be repaired.

You have to report this to MediaMarkt because there runs your guarantee.

They will contact the Repair Service from Samsung to send a mechanic to fix the problem.

It depends on the courtesy of MM if they wil replace the television. Would be a nice gesture.

Friday is almost over, so sneaking up on you again 😉!

Today was repair day 🔧🛠⚒🔨⛏  if i can remember.

Did it solved your screen bleeding?
