Hi @Milo95 ,

This doesn't look very healthy. I'm missing the the details of the TV.

Couldt you please provide me the full Model Code of the the TV?

It's written on the sticker at the back of the TV and must end on XXN.

For now it looks to me that you have a problem with your LED-LCD panel.

Unfortunately, in this situation, you can't get into the Menu to reset the TV to Factory settings.

Could you try, for testing, to pull the plug out of the socket for a while?

Maybe it will help, but i have my doubts.  Are you living in The Netherlands?

Please keep me informed..

Okay @Milo95 ,

Thanks for the information and welcome to the Community!

According to the letter K in the Model Code, the introduction year of the TV is 2016.

This is separate from the date of purchase.

If you have purchased the TV in 2016, there is no warranty. Only 2 years.

It must be repaired, but you must contact your supplier.

He is obligated to sell you a decent/durable product with a normal lifespan.

3 years is not a normal lifespan of a TV...

Good luck!

Thanks yea I'm going tommorow

And ask what they can do. Because for the amount of money I spended on that tv I expected that it would work longer then 3 years
