music transfered to sd card will not play

music downloads ok from amazon to the audio file on my Samsung tablet. When I try to copy track to my sd card the screen freezes. All other tracks I have copied from the previous sd card play no problem.

The only thing I can see that is different about the non playing tracks is that when the track are listed there is a letter n in an orange circle before the name of the track.

Anybody know what this symbol means?

The 'N' within an orange circle indicates 'New'. Are you still having this same issue or did you manage to find a fix?

Yes resolved thanks. Still not sure what was causing the problem but I had to replace the sim (related to another problem, caused by me I hasten to add)

Virgin media were very good helping me I have to say.
