I cannot open my Samsung Galaxy Tab A, because my son put a password on it that we cannot figure out....... We have tried the restore system boot with no success.... I am at a point that I don't care to loose everything on it, but I can't get it to do a reset.... I've tried the power+up and home options....I've tried power and down+ home option.... It won't let me do a factory reset....
Hey @Spark_95! I would recommend going to the "Find my mobile" service on Google on a PC and if you have your tablet linked to a Samsung account, you will be able to remove any lock from the tablet by using this service.
