Tab A Back Button mind of its own

Hello, 

When using my Tab A the back button seems to activates its self (like a ghost is pressing it!!)  Has anyone else experienced this and know how to get it fixed?!

Is the software version of your Tablet up to date? Go to Apps > Settings > Software update > Download and install. Also, let's try a soft reset. This will end all processes and give the Tablet a fresh start. To do this, press and hold the 'Power' and 'Volume Down' buttons until the Tablet restarts.

Yes software all up to date and had already tried a soft reset (on the recommendation of a samsung employee whilst chatting to them online).  I have been advised to get a samsung engineer to look at it....  

To be honest its a hassle that i could do with out.  The tablet isnt even 2 years old yet, quite frustrating

Do screen protector.  It was in a case but i removed it from that and still acting the same
