Hi! I have not been able to use Galaxy Apps and Samsung Themes since morning and I always get these error messages when I try to use these two apps on my Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016) (SM-A310F).
- Android 7.0
- Galaxy Apps ver. 4.2.21.1
- Samsung Themes ver. 4.0.98.80319
Is there anybody else who has the same issue?

Hello guys,
Try changing to a different Service Provider and it should work.
I had the same problem and i'm still facing the same problem i have 2 sim cards of different providers. ONE of them works perfecr where i can log in to any samsung apps, clouds, store etc the other one not. As soon as i cha ge my sim card all the services disappear and give me the information you guys are facing.
I think samsung Developers have to work in this one as they are selling the samsung mobiles wide all over the world and their services should not be disabled in specific countries.

Hello folks,
download and install Samsung Push Service app; in case you had it installed already but disabled, re-enable it once again and update it to the latest version, that might do the trick for you.
