How long will it be until we see the device being sent out to the paying customer ?.
I've paid for this device, it was meant to be shipped on the 30th August. Last week I was told 'maybe next week', well that's nearly gone.
Samsung -> don't make promises you can't keep.
Hi Andrew, many thanks for the advice. I have contacted Samsung, twice infact. I think as the paying customer, if the product is instock, its their duty to contact me to advise........................I'll wait and see if & when that happens.
