Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 sound

Hi all,

 

My daughters Tab A headphone quality has gone really bad. I have tried different ones, and come to the conclusion it must be something to do with the headphone jack. I have done a full factory reset encase it was a software error but its stillt he same? I can hear for example the music, but the sound is funny coming from it and cant seem to find any info on this problem via google.

 

Anyone experienced this please or advice how to fix this?

 

I am hoping it is not the case of the jack stuffed, which will result in getting a new one and it is not under warrenty.

If this issue is occurring with different headphones, and after a Factory Reset, we would recommend having this inspected by one of our engineers. You can get this done in your local Support Centre: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/.
