What software is your Tab 2 currently on?

Galaxy Tab S2 – SM-T813

 

Android version 7.0

 

Kernel 3.10.84 – 10993233 (Friday April 14th  2017)

 

All worked fine until Nougat update – everything else is wonderful with Nougat

What happens when you try to use the Bluetooth earphones with your Tab? Are you receiving any error messages?

No error messages - the earphones simply won't pair  with the earhones as they did before. 

 

The earphones are no longer found on the scan.

 

They work ok with my phone still.

Hi @charlesturner.

 

Try clearing the cache and data from the Bluetooth Share app and let us know how it goes: 

Settings > Application Manager > All > Bluetooth Share > Storage > Clear Cache, and Clear Data.

I don't seem to have a Bluetooth share app - perhaps this is the problem?
