Please help!
I have the problem with my device which is Samsung XE300TZC. After installing Windows 8.1, it keeps shutting down automatically after switching on about 20 seconds.
I try to follow all the ways posted online but it is useless since it is a tablet so it does not have a keyboard to press Shift + something or F4 or something like that. I can not put it in SAFE MODE. When I press the volume down key, a table appears and asks me to choose which device to boot: Windows boot manager or Enter setup. There is no lock screen in SAFE MODE.
What can I do???
