Hi I've added prime video to the Kids Home apps but I cant watch any downloaded videos. The prime app just closes after I press play.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something I can do to solve? I'm wondering if it's a permissions issue and I need to edit a setting somewhere?
The app is up and running for 4 seconds if i start a stream or try to start a donwloaded movie and then it stopps immediately, somethimes with an error.
