Yes.

I sent the device back to the seller.

But they said they should check and they will tell me the result.
I bought this device from the largest and most reputable online store in Iran and That was very expensive.

I live in Iran and I am very angry with Samsung.
I'm disabled and I bought this device for use at home.

Sorry for my bad English.

Two popular smart watches on the market today are the Apple Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Watch. The Apple Watch is a versatile device that is compatible with iPhones and offers a wide range of features including fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, GPS navigation, and the ability to make phone calls and send messages. It also integrates seamlessly with Apple's ecosystem of apps and services, allowing users to access their favorite apps right from their wrist.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Watch is a smart watch designed specifically for Android users. It offers similar features to the Apple Watch, such as fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, and notifications for calls and messages. It also has a longer battery life and is water resistant, making it a great option for active individuals who want to track their workouts and stay connected on the go. which one u will pick up

The Jelly effect occurs when users scroll quickly on the screen, causing the content to appear as if it is stretching or warping. This effect is caused by the way the display refreshes the content on the screen, particularly when scrolling in one direction. The result is a lagging or stretching effect that can be particularly noticeable when scrolling through websites, social media feeds, or other content that requires constant scrolling.

While the Jelly effect may not impact the functionality of the device, it can certainly be an annoyance for users who expect smooth and seamless performance from their high-end tablets like the Galaxy Tab S4. Some users have reported that the effect is more noticeable when scrolling in certain apps or websites, while others have experienced it across all areas of the device.

Samsung has acknowledged the issue and has released software updates that aim to address the problem. However, some users have reported that the Jelly effect persists even after the updates have been applied. It remains to be seen whether Samsung will release further updates to fully resolve the issue.

In the meantime, users who are experiencing the Jelly effect while scrolling on their Galaxy Tab S4 may want to try adjusting the display settings, such as the refresh rate or scrolling sensitivity, to see if that helps alleviate the issue. Additionally, clearing the cache or restarting the device may also temporarily mitigate the problem.

Overall, while the Jelly effect may be an annoyance for some users of the Galaxy Tab S4, it is important to remember that it does not impact the overall functionality of the device. Nevertheless, Samsung should continue to work on resolving this issue to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable user experience for all Galaxy Tab S4 users.
