You can use your mobile hotspot!

 

On your S9 go to: Settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering > Mobile Hotstop > On.

 

Then on your Tab A go to: Settings > Connections > WiFi > Select the Name of your Tab > Connect.
