Hello i am having problems with my remote unlock

Its says remote unlock is turned off. Tried using findmymobile. I have forgotten my password for my galaxy tab s4. I set it in a rush.Is there a way samsung can access my security info?

Hi @Mark265. Thanks for reaching out. If you're not able to remotely remove the password via Find My Mobile, you can get assistance with this at any one of our approved Support Centres.
