Game launcher and tab s3 or any tablet

Was landscape orientation disabled?

it would auto-rotate in earlier versions, but stopped auto-rotating after Version 2.x.

this is not a misconfiguration issue and Samsung support is clueless and evasive.

In the meanwhile, could you follow these healthcheck steps so we understand what you are experiencing better.

- Restart your tablet 

- Check you're on the latest SW version

- Check all of your apps are up to date manually - both Galaxy Apps and Play Store

- Clear the cache of the Games Launcher and the impacted games. Settings > Apps > Game Launcher > Storage > Storage > Clear Cache and same steps selecting the game.

yes, i did all of that.

if you have a tablet hanging around, then you will experience the same.

older versions were Ok, but not after 2.O. x.

the auto orientation was working until version 2.0.37.

The latest version now respects the Auto-rotate parameter under settings.  Before it was always fixed in portrait mode.
