Galaxy tab s5e

I have just bought a galaxy tab s5e. I had started it up and set it up. Put in my google details and asked it to download from previous backup. Since then it has been stuck on a black screen with ‘starting Android ‘.   It has been like that for over 24 hours now!  I have shut down & restarted and it just goes to the same screen!

Help!

• Did you try to restart it with by clicking Power/Volume down in the same time...
• Did you remember the last application you have installed on your device ?
• Maybe you'll have to make a Factory reset and when reinstalling applications check one by one  if it work properly after a restart..
• If you make a Factory Reset, check in the parameters of your device and check if you have " to Update "  your device first.
