Since samsung galaxy s3 update I am unable to use smart select s pen. Error message states can't use smart select while magnification in use. Im not even magnifying anything. How to troubleshoot please?
Let's try a soft reset. This will end all processes and give the tablet a fresh start. To do this, press and hold the 'Power' and 'Volume Down' buttons until the tablet restarts. Let us know how you get on.
