Hi all,
I was wondering if it is normal with the Galaxy Tab S4 that there are no visible indicators when a notification is received while the tablet is locked? By locked I mean the display is black and in order to unlock it, I have to tab the display twice and enter my passcode.
On my Note 8 even though the phone is locked, as soon as I get a notification, the display lights up and shows me the notification.
On my tablet, I have turned on lock screen notifications and I do hear a sound and vibration, however, the display stays black. Therefore I have no visible indicators on my tablet if I am in silent mode. The only way for me to see if I have received a notification in silent mode is to tab the screen twice so I get to the usual lock screen.
Am I missing anything in the settings or is this something the tablet does not support?
