Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 GT-P5201 Kids Mode

I have a Tab 3 (GT-P5201) on 4.4.2 and would like my toddler to be able to use it securely. I’ve read about a Kids Mode or Kids Home but can’t find the app to download or figure out how to add a user. 

Am I missing something or have I done something wrong? Thanks!

@Ljf2201: I've had a look into this for you and unfortunately the Kids Mode app is only compatible with devices running Android 6.0 or higher. Apologies for any disappointment this may cause.
