After many attempts at resetting my Tablet S5E I'm still not able to get to recovery mode!

After many attempts at warm and cold resetting my Tablet S5E I'm still not able to get to recovery mode! any help would be appreciated...... It gets to the Samsung title but no recovery mode...

@TheVolunteer74: Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your tablet. At this stage please can you provide further details of any problems you're experiencing, and I will look into this for you. In the meantime, to enter Recovery Mode please power off the Tab S5e, then press the Volume Up and Power buttons together until you see 'Recovery Mode' on screen.
