ue49mu6500 sound setting

Hi all , just purchased the Samsung ue49mu6500 TV , I like it apart from in sound settings I set it to DTS sound via optical , press the enter button but then when I go back in to sound settings the TV has defaulted back to Dolby , iam running a sound bar that is dts compatible ,  anyone have similar problem ?

Most stuff is odd dd 5.1 not dts so it is auto switching.

If the program is in filmed in dd 5.1 then its good it switches. Most dts are from bluray .
