ue22f5400akxxu catchup apps missing

I have just purchased one of these tvs for my spare bedroom.

None of the UK catchup apps ( bbc iplayer, itv hub, all4, My5) are available in Smarthub or available to download from Samsung apps.

I have an identical tv in the other bedroom which works perfectly. Both tvs are running identical software

T-MST12DEUC-2127.0

Can anyone help me find these missing apps?

Problem solved

samsung support remotely changed isp location to UK and bingo, all catchup apps now present.

Airel from Samsung support is a star.

I was worried with rather similar issue of not getting bbc iplayer on my device but Its really good to know the changing location for UK is remotely possible.

It was all done in a chat session so no need to phone support either.

When you get it sorted do not reset tv settings or you will lose them again (don't ask how I know)
