tv ue55js8500: configration after mothgerboard replacement

Hello

Due to One Connect issue, my TV's mother board has been replaced.

Since everything works fine except the system / configuration menu that stucks at 'Downloading terms and policies' so I can't finsih the unboxing configuration.

of course internet access works fine (I can use Youtube in smart hub without any issue)...

Any idea ?

Are you able to go to Menu > Smart Hub > Terms & Policy and complete the registration from there?

no I can't because this menu 'terms & policy' is not available (grey) as well as Samsung Account under Smart Hub.
