i have a Samsung 49 4k tv model ku6670 unable to cure screen judder tryed all settings but no diffrence only seen when watching itv soaps. any one can help. otherwise great tv.

What do you have connected to your TV? Do you watch your programmes through Freeview or on a Set top box?

My tv is with sky hd only seem to have problem with soaps all other programs and dvd fine

not sure if its down to sky and the up scaling of 4k tv .

I have picture quality issues, what settings do you have for this feature ?

had TV for 2 weeks, but picture in my opinion was better on 2010 Samsung TV.

Hi what issues are you having with tv.
My setting are set to standard turn of picture processing turn motion settings
and eco settings .If you have sky tv set box to 720p stops judder problems .Hope that helps

I am getting this on my 55" new curved tv. turn off motion settings and picture quality goes poor. still trying to figure out a cure
