Hi, my samsung 7 series tv does not have a chinese language setting, only european ones and korean, why is that so?

Hello Samsung, i am hereby requesting  to samsung android officials to add pashto language to samsung keyboard since pashto spoken people are more than 80-millions and believe that many like me are samsung android users from the day first.  hope my request will be considered on priority bases.  thank you
