My YouTube app has stopped working properly. Videos don't load and get stuck on the loading screen. I have tried to reset smart hub and the full television but it didn't work. How can it be fixed as the main reason for buying a smart TV was to connect to YouTube seamlessly. Really disappointed.
Chris, I was trying to tun it today. It keeps getting stuck on some videos. The screen keeps saying loading and that's it. On some it gets stuck on the advertisement. I have already reset the smart hub twice and once did a factory reset.
