Until this last week I had no problem using YouTube on my mu8000.
But now almost every time I switch the telly on and go to use YouTube I have to log into the app again at YouTube. Com/activate
My Netflix and Samsung accounts remain logged in.
Can any one help please

Hi @seanb1, do you have the latest firmware 1210.8 ? http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE49MU8000TXXU if so and still issues my advice would be to firstly reset the Smart Hub , Support-Self Diagnosis- Reset Smart Hub and if not resolved do a Factory Reset via Start Set Up to see if that makes any difference. Should there still be problem would appear to be a Youtube issue, though it's fine on my set.

Thanks for the reply.
I can no longer find any firmware files I the website.
They were there earlier today when I checked.
I think it will have to be a smart hub reset unfortunately.
