Wifi keeps disconnecting on UE49MH6400

Hi

I’ve just bought a UE49MH6400 UHD HDR TV.

I’ve noticed that every time I switch off the TV, the configuration of the WiFi connection gets corrupted and I can’t use the Smart Hub.

The only way I can reconnect is by trying to switch to another network, switching back and re-entering the WiFi password.

Looking at the network settings, it appears the TV is dropping the DNS Server settings.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a solution or do I need to send the tv back?

Thank you so much! Ive been researching this for days and tried every other fix I could find with my 6100 series right down to factory reset - nothing worked - and this worked like a charm first time!

could you please let me know what was here the resolution that supposed to fix the problem?

For some reason I do not see the response on the original issue described.

I am facing not exactly the same issue but slighlty similar meaning that the WIFI keeps disconnecting on TV UE40F6400AWXXH . We are having a Gigabit 2.4 GHerzt router: TP Link WR1043ND v.4
