Hi Samsung and members,
My audio setup was working 100 percent before the newest update (tv is only 4 weeks old)
Marantz amp connected to tv via an optical cable.
tv remote powered tv, amp and Foxtel.
sounds was great, and Samsung remote controlled volume to the amp (working with Foxtel, Netflix and other apps)
After the update, the amp is still in optical mode but I am unable to change the volume up and down. Also a ramdom glitch has been occurring and selects (HDMI receiver out) instead of optical out - then I have no sound and need to manually select optical out. The tv remote is also not powering the amp on and off like before
any simple setting solutions or should I call Samsung for further assistance?
