Hello I have UE49MU7002 and I am using its original Universal remote controller to adjust volume on my Logitech speakers connected via optical cabel. Most of the time everything works great. I can adjust volume when using Apple TV, Netflix app, HBO GO app etc. But when I connect some device like Nintendo switch and after that change back to Netflix app the ability to adjust volume stops. I have to change again to Apple TV that has set up Universal remote controller to reenable it. Is there some way to set Universal remote controller to work automatically with installed apps?
Same problems happens when I connect to my Nas.
