I need to update my TV firmware using USB.
The Software Update only shows "Update Now' and Auto Update" and not "By USB". Update now reports no updates available despite my current version being 1040 and the latest version is 2020.
I believe that the update fails because my TV is showing two USB ports, USB1 [with no files] and USB2 [containing the update files] and the update seems to default to USB1.
I am only using one USB stick and trying each USB port makes no difference.
Can I remove USB1 appearing as a USB source?
