UE65KS9000 Lines

Hi, could someone please tell me if our UE65KS9000 has gone for a Burton?

It was due to be wall mounted this weekend. However, as you can see, there are horizontal lines now running across the screen, which start in the top righthand corner and go vertically just past centre of the screen.

The right hand side now looks dull as a dishwasher and has lost all its colour and vibrancy.
