How do i acess the channels on freeview?

it tells to me connect a anntena?

It's normally known as an aerial.

Sorry,  but have you got an aerial installed,  which you need to watch the built in Freeview?

No i dont, i was under the impression it would work without it :smiling-face:

No you need an aerial for Freeview,  but it is worth it for free tv with all the main channels in HD.  To have one fitted is normally about £50.

It all depends on the signal strength and how close to the transmitter you are. There are phone Freeview apps that can tell you where you nearest transmitter is to your location. You could try but an external fitted aerial always gives the best results.
