UE55KU6500UXXU Smart TV Source Function Freezing

I am unable to gain access to anything through the Source menu other than TV, all that happens is the blue loading screen appears with the loading circle of dots (which are frozen) but nothing happens.  This is the situation for the links to my PC, Laptop, Samsung Smart View App on PC and any USB Stick plugged into the rear of the TV. The HDMI connection to my XBox works as does my Wi Fi connection as I am able to access Web and all my apps (Youtube, Prime etc, iPlayer etc).

I Have unplugged TV for about 10 minutes but that hasn't made any difference.

Any help here would be appreciated.

Hi @briant12,

Please could you confirm the current firmware version your TV is running? You can find the information in Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.

Also, has this issue always being present, or something that has popped up recently? If recent, can you confirm when?
