UE55J6300 PIP bug

Hello to everyone, thank you for hosting my message.

In the last 7 days I had an issue with my TV, twice.

When I turn ON my TV the image of the screen is appeared only in a box on the top left corner of the TV, the remaining space is black. I have never-never used PIP before, however, it seems that somehow the problem is related to it.

I have kids in the house that they are  randomly pressing the buttons of the remote, but it's highly unlikely that they browsed to the PIP menu twice in order to enable it.

Also, as far as I know, there is not a shortcut for PIP on the remote control.

Any suggestions why this is happening;

That's strange, @Georgio_32! It may be best to carry out a reset of your TV to take it back to the factory settings.

You just need to be aware that any adjustments you may have made to the settings of the TV, will be reverted back to the default factory settings.

To do this, go to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.
