TV comes on fine with Samsung logo, goes to a snowy screen no menus work then tv turns off and comes on again same thing.
any ideas

Hi @PeterSpain. Do you have any external devices connected to your TV? Can you tell me which software version you're currently running? To check this, press Menu/ Settings on your remote and go to Support > Software Update.
